What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Laparoscopic Surgery?

Hi I had my laparoscopic surgery done March 23 2015. My cervix , uterus, tubes and fibroids were removed. I kept my ovaries. Today is day six l, post opt. When I get in and out of bed or sit up and sit down I have a sharp pain on the lower left side of my abdomen about 2 inches away from where the incision is and I have a sharp pain sometimes when I take a deep breath late at night and in my upper chest below my breastbonoe, i m curious if this is normal?
