What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Sexual Intercourse After Undergoing Colposcopy?

I had a colposcopy done last week. I was told to wait a 3-5 days before having sex. I waited 6 days and me and my husband tried to have sex this morning. There was not much pain if any during it but afterwards I have had this pain in my lower stomach. Im not sure what it is, or if it should be feeling like this. Any help?
