What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Taking Gynecosid?

Hi, Doctor I am about 30 years old lady and mother of two twins aged about 3.5 years. My period date was 24th but committed intercourse on 21st of March and on the same day used 2 Tabelits Gynecosid and still feeling lower pains and periods not started. Condumns were also used. Please advise right now. Regards.
