What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Tubal Reversal?

Hi I had a tubal reversal 2 years ago and only my left side is open. I haven t had a period in about 7-8 weeks. I have pcos so I don t keep track very well since we have stopped fertility. I have a sudden onset of left ovarian pain. I have had cyst before and Im not sure if its that or if it could be a ectopic? I had a positive test very faint a week ago and now its negative?
