What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Clear Vaginal Discharge?

I'm having lower abdominal pain and watery discharge, im 8 months post partum. I had a LEEP procedure 3 years ago with every pap smear coming back normal. I just went to the doctor on tuesday, they did a pap smear. Im still waiting on thr results they also took a test for infection and it came back negative.
