What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Elevated Creatinine Levels?

I just had physical for life insurance. I m 28 years old. Got results back. My creatinine levels in urine are high. Expected range is 27-260 MG/DL. Mine is 315.7. Blood level is good. In the middle range. I have had reoccuring gut pains for about a year or more. Sometime so bad I can t stand. Lower gut. Went to G.I. blood test and tissue sample of stomach came back good. They thought maybe I had ulcers. None found. Could this all be related. Have heard about kidney issues. Thank you for your time
