What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Frequent Urination?

For about 4 weeks, i have lower abdominal discomfort (usually in the afternoon), frequent urination without burning sensation, more than usual gas. I just had my ob/gyn performed a pelvic exam, and the exam did not discover anything usual. Tonight, I used AZO UTI test, it showed LEU positive and nitrate negative. DOes that mean that I have a UTI?
