What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea?

Hi I have lower abdominal pain. I also noticed today white blobs in my stool. I took laxatives 3 nites ago which really made me go to the toilet. I have been feeling nauseated prior to this tho, itchy sore skin and lethagy, low heart rate sitting at 48 most of the time. Pain in my stomach is central below the belly button and is achy and radiating across from hip to hip. I am also starting to feel pain into the thighs as an ache. The tummy is tender to touch and I feel bloated and generally very tired. I have taken paracetamol which takes the edge of the pain for a while, but I have had to take 8 already today and don t know if I can take anymore Any ideas Thank you
