What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Burning Sensation On Breast?

ive been having lower adominal pains for a while now and when i was supposed to have my period 3 weeks ago i didnt get but i was having sex for the time of breast tenderness an period cramps when i was going to come on.. but now im having lower adominal pains an when my nipples get cold they feel big and they start hurting with a burning sensation to them i dont know what it is.
