What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Clear Penile Discharge?

Hello, Symptoms: I have Lower Abdominal pain, when I m aroused I have a very strong, sticky, clear discharge from my penis. I also have and inflamed prostate. Actions so far: I ve had all STD and STI checks done and all negative (twice). I ve had 3 sets of antibiotics and now on a prolonged dose of 2 types. I have seen a sexual health specialist, a Doctor and now a Urologist. Symptom persist and I have no answers. Please help.
