What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, im 31 yr old , with 30 week pregnent, i am having lower abdomenon pain after sitting so it cause me difficulty in walking and standing after some sitting of even 15 min. Doctor prescribed me Suprox SR twice in a day for one week, Is it safe and what exactly this medicine is for?
