What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Sexual Activity?

Hi Doctor, I am 19 yrs old and my partner is around 16 yrs,we had an unprotected sex (Intercorse)for around 5 minutes while standing,suddenly i could nt control my self and result in ejaculating inside her vagina,but i am not about the intercouse,was it really penetrating her or now but the feeling were as it if does,we both were so worried so i asked her to take ipill,its been more than a month and no she is saying she is having a little pain just beneath her stomach while just having 4,5 min of touching her clitoris(while masturbating) please help me regarding the problem,what to do ?
