What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Post C-section?

Hi, my name is Rachael. I had a c section 4 months ago but still get pain in my lower abdomen. The area around my scar is no longer numb, just odd bits further up. but i cant run, dance, it also becomes itchy below my belly button but above my scar which hurts to scratch .. is this normal? my 6 week check up was fine.
