What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating To Shoulder Blades?

I have pain which feels like it s on my RHS and just under my liver it s very pain ful and recently have had pluisey and pneumonia on the other side .... This feels a little bit different and it s now constant and is also running pain in my shoulder blades to...... I am very very swollen all over and am very bloated it almost feels like a big growth in my liver or just below the pain is bad however I have ME/CFS and get strange things all the time had measles mumps etc shingles just happened again bottom of my hairline at the back which I get shingles regularly..... Does this sound like gallbladder ? It s not sharp unless I bend over otherwise just constant discomfort what do you think ?
