What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Rectal Bleeding And Strong Smelling Stools?

Hi, ive been having stomach issues lately and drs have ran tests in the past and have found nothing as of yet. My lower abdomen hurts regularly i rectally bleed all the time and as of late ive been disposing of waste with difficulty from pain in my stomach and my fecal matter smelt of skunk today. Is this cause for worrying ?
