What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When Having Bicornuate Uterus?

Hi I'm 4 weeks pregnant. Had a miscarriage sept 24 and a chemical pregnancy march 4. I also have a bicornuate uterus. I've been exercising and my obgyn said ts fine, however I was on a type of elliptical machine tonight within the first 15min felt a sharp pain in my lower right side by my ovary, I stopped and went home should I be concerned
