What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When Suffering From Cyst In Uterus?

Im a 55 years old woman. I have pain in my lower right side, it s dull and constant. I had a ultrasound 2 years ago. My ovaries look fine but had 2 small fibrous cysts in my uterus. Dr. said that they wouldn t be causing my pain. Daily meds include a bio-identical hormone and antihistamines. I m not sure where to go from here. Could it be the hormones, my bladder or my intestines? I had a colonoscopy at 50 and it was okay. The problems seemed to start not long after that. The Dr. scrapped the incision where my appendix was removed. Could that cause my problem?
