What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While On Primolut-N?

hi i have been taking primolut n for 7 days now and i have really bad pains in my lower stomach or uterus, it feels like i am getting my periods and also feels like i am constipated but have not trouble going to the toilet. is this normal and will the pain get better thank you
