What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With Excessive Bloating In Women?

I have had lower abdominal pain in the center/left side of abdomen, cramping, nausea, and bloating for nearly 2 days. Bowl movements are normal and I am eating, but am not incredibly hungry. I am a 45 yo woman, who had a hysterectomy in June. What could the problem be.
