What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With History Of Total Hysterectomy?

I am having low abdominal pain,feels like menstrual cramps.however i do not get my period anymore i have had total histerectomy 20 plus years ago.I also do not have my appendix.I have noticed that i don t feel like i am emptying my bladder and constantly feel like i have to urinate.
