What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

I dont really know how to explain this.
I have lower abdomen pains, mainly on my right side where my tube sits. Its not a bad pain, more uncomfortable and there is alot of noises coming from there too, rumbling, popping gargling noises. Is this just ovulation?
Iv been through 2 different surgeries. 1 my uterus was upside down, and second i had to get both tubes unblocked as i had chlamydia years ago and did damage........
