What Causes Lower Back And Groin Pain?

Lowback pain right side along with groin pain.. Sharp pain in upper right leg/front.. Lots of movement under the skin... Nerves? It starts out slowly then increase super fast.. Then what I discribe as getting stabbed with a knife.. If I feel it coming on I get outta bed asap!! I started sleeping in. Recliner mid January and haven t be able to sleep in my bed since..I ve got low back problems since 1997... L3/ L4 &L4/L5 Disc Hernitaion.. Does this sound like surgery soon?
