What Causes Lower Back And Hip Pain Prior To Onset Of Menstruation?

My period doesn't come for another 8days and I have never experienced cramps before or during. Only during my ovulation time. But my lower back started hurting and my left hip hurts real bad when I walk. And my stomach looks puffy but its real hard and that's not everything. What should I do.?
