What Causes Lower Back And Thigh Pain?

Hi I'm 32 yr old female. I recently found out I got hpv and a small fibroid. Sometimes I experience lower back pain and upper thigh pain by panty line. Sometimes its on the left and sometimes right. R these signs of hiv to? I had sex with only one person in my while life but last sept we had unprotected sex and legs ache periodically after tht. I had no stds esrly hpv. He says he doesn't have hiv but I can't understand why my upper legs & lower back hurt after I had unprotected sex. We have had unprotected sex about five times but only once did he cum inside. I didnot get pregnant. Please help me because I'm losing sleep worrying. He took my virginity & it hasn't ben anyone else. I have only ben sexually active a yr and half now.
