What Causes Lower Back Pain, Abdominal Pain, Blurred Vision And Diarrhea?

Hello my name is Shunda and for the last 6months I ve had lower back and abadomiable pain in my stomach, followed by diarrhea. In the last month the diarrhea has increased to anywhere from 4 to 6 times a day, followed by stomach pain everyday in my stomach and lower back. Last week I woke up and my vision was blurred and has not improved? I tend to have to urinate through out the night all the time and stay cold.
