What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Cramps In Groin?

sir im 31 yr male having low back pain for two months pain pointed to right lower part of my back. MRI shows L5/S1 disc bulge using neucobal g for three weeks. physiotherappies too.. no significant improvement. i m having groin pull for two years which is not going away completely... dr. said illiopsoas strain... pls advice
