What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Low Density Foci On Liver?

hi Due to a lower back pain they did a ct scan and they found a Small low-density foci identified in the liver also calcification seen in the left hemipelvis along the side wall on axial image 61 which is thought to be lateral to the ureter. what is that?
