What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Low Grade Fever?

last week i had the flu, then sinus infection (and what felt like the start of a uti).I'm currently on Augmentin (for 6 days) and my lower back is killing me.I started my period three days ago and use tampons but they are very painful to insert/remove. I'm also running a low grade fever - 99.1. I think that after I've been on the antibiotics for this long I'd feel better. I'm worried I have a kidney infection, but even that should be improving with the Augmentin, right?
