What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Slight Bleeding After A C-section?

I had a c section about 3 months ago and had my first period about 2 weeks ago. A few days ago i started experiencing lower back pain and today some blood but only when i wipe. I dont know what to think or what it could be but its too soon for a second period and definitely not pregnant....
