What Causes Lower Back Pain And Headache?

For the last week I have had nausea, a metallic taste in my mouth, lower backache and headaches. I haven't missed my cycle as it hasn't started for this month yet, but I was wondering what else could cause me to be feeling this way? I took a HPT and it came back negative.
