What Causes Lower Back Pain And Light Vaginal Discharge During The Menopause?

I am going through menopause and have not had a period in about 6-8 months my stomach is growling and a slight lower back pain with very very light vaginal discharge light brown in color when cleaning myself after going to the bathroom. very similar to the last days of your period. Is this all part of the process. Thank you
