What Causes Lower Back Pain, Frequent Urination And Fatigue?

I am 66 years old and have never had children. In the past 2-3 months I have had lower back pain, frequent urination (especially at night) and feel very tired. One of my sisters has polycystic kidneys but an ultrasound 15 years ago didn't detect that I had this problem. What is the matter with me?
