What Causes Lower Back Pain, Lightheadedness And Cold Sweats?

My 16yrld daughter started having lower back pain just from pushing herself up off a school bench she can barely bend down then the next day she started feeling lightheaded broke out in a cold sweat felt sick to her stomach but couldnt throw up she became very weak and has been having uncontrollable shaking so far they are only treating this like a backach and only sent her for X-rays I believe they should have sent her for a blood work also, do you have any suggestions on what this could be and suggestions these stupid doctors could do to better help my daughter? Please anything....
