What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating Towards Groin While Having Adrenal Adenoma?

Yesterday I started having pain in the lower left back flank...then last night the pain was also thru the left groin area...about a 7 or 8 on the pain level side...I am 61 and have an adrenal adenoma on the left kidney and also have diverticulitis. This was extremely painful and today I m still having the pains but not that bad only about a 4...what could this be
