What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating Towards Testicles?

I have pain in lower back seeming to travel thru to where lower stomach and groin meet travelling across lower stomach also into testes with swelling pain on off several weeks now constant two days don t want to walk around when pain realy surges become faint and abit confused what do you think im over it
