What Causes Lower Back Pain When Treating Cervical Cancer In Situ?

I was recently diagnosed in cervical cancer in situ. I'm having my Conization of teh cervix done tomorrow. However for the last 3 weeks i'd been having some esteady lower back pain on my left and i had some blood and urine test done and i saw the results for urine read: RBC 5-10 and Squamous Epithelial Moderate - Leukocyte= Trace.
