What Causes Lower Back Pain While Having High BP And Diabetes?

I am a 55 year old women with lower back pain that runs into my stomach and down my right leg. I have diabetics and high blood pressure I have seen several doctors about my problem but the could not find any what could this be that s waiting me in the middle of the night and causing me so much discomfort.
