What Causes Lower Back Pain With Abdomen Cramping?

i have lower back pain, i had womb cramping about a week ago, and thats when the lower back pain started but my period isnt due till wednesday.

I also have an almost constant stitch at the moment. mainly on the left side but occassionally on the right side too. and im very bloated at the moment. is this early pregnancy?
