What Causes Lower Back Pain With Abdominal Bloating And Frequent Urination?

Im having trouble With lower back pain. Pain in lower abdomen when they pain is really bad it goes along my shoulder. Im peeing every half hour. I feel constipated but go every day. I have had persistant bloating now for three weeks. Everyone is asking me if im pregnant ( im not) im 27 female. also i press down on my stomach i can feel a fat lump next to my right hip what could be wrong
