What Causes Lower Back Pain With Burning Sensation In Thighs And Feet?

please if you can help me understand why I am having severe lower back pain and burnib sensation down the outside thighs to pain in feet! also having trouble using bathroom #2 and when I do go its very little and ribbon shapped , has gotten worse over time!? have had a stimulation implant in back in past 6 wkks
