What Causes Lower Back Pain With Frequent Urination?

I have a gynecology question. I have pain in my ovaries and lower back pain with frequent urination and pelvic pain after sex. My menstrual cycle is usually off a few days every month and I have rectal bleeding during period as well. Is there a strong possibility that I have endometriosis or something else. I have had painful periods for years.
