What Causes Lower Back Pain With Horrible Mood Swings After Giving Birth?

After having my daughter my body has not been the same. It has been 2 years since I had her and I have had several lower back pain, horrible mood swings and just recently I often bleeding during intercourse. I was wondering if all of these symptoms are linked together and what is going on with me?
