What Causes Lower Back Pain With Pelvic Discomfort And Pressure?

I had staging for Hodgkin s disease 2o+ years ago with a complete abdominal opening also removing spleen an appendix. Since then have had gall bladder surgery, total hysterectomy for endometriosis and adnomiosis, bladder sling and Lysis of adhesions with the other surgeries. I am now having lower back pain with pelvic discomfort and pressure. After eating I often feel a gripping sensation on my left side which then leads to pelvic discomfort and pressure feeling like menstrual cramping sometime I feel like if I could just bleed it would go away. I am 50 years old and have taken hormone replacement since I was 27. Could this be adhesions causing my issues?
