What Causes Lower Back Pain,irregular Periods And Fluttering Feel In Stomach?

i have lower back pains no period for 3 months and irregular periods and have been feeling sick to my stomic. i also feel these fluttering feelings in my stomic but i took 2 pee test and they was both negative. i hope that i am pregnant but if i am not what else could it be?
