What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain, IBS And Frequent Diarrhea?

Hi PLEEEASE HELP, I have been having these pains in my lower left abdominal for a while now since last year. Can t sit flat in my bum on the floor that it starts to hurt. First thought it was a break but it is not. The 1st Doctor in the Seychelles precribed ant-inflamatory anti bacterial and laxitif. I have a big knobed in my left side lower back pains and sometimes pin in the right only about three times. I than went to a 2nd in Namibia a specialist he gave me fybergel. I stopped using that. I saw two other Dr but both of them referee me back to the specialist. So I than webt in rio to another Dr they did a CAT scan, X-ray blood and urine test apperantly I was fine. So he gave me laxative and some buscabon or something. Than I went to a specialist he gave me Duspatalin. (He said I have IBS)I have been taking just that now. I have been shitting out my guts out though for about two months now. Since I took those tablets which is two weeks I have been going to the toilet 6-8 times a day with diarrhea.. Still have lower left abdominal pains any recommendations or advice.
