What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain?

About 3 days ago i woke up with pain on my lower left abdomen like where the ovary i guess would be. ( about two inches in from my hip on the front. The pain came when i stood up walked or used the muscle in anyway. 3 days later i wiped and there was 1 small blood clot maroon color in my stool. All my bowel movements since then have had no blood. Please explain what this might be
