What Causes Lowering Of Blood Pressure Along With Hallucination?

My Mother recently died for no real reason apparently She said her blood pressure bottomed out as per her home machine Went to er and she got extremely upset and was hallucinating. She then went into a semi coma state. She was put on life support and never recovered. Could you tell me any reasons for this?
