What Causes Lump Above Belly Button With Smelly Discharge?

I just noticed a golf ball sized lump midline above my belly button. Was not there 8 hours ago. Have had smelly discharge from belly button on and off and have been cleaning g well and treating with bacterial cream. As of now, also seeing some blood in the discharge.
