What Causes Lump And Pain Above Elbow Post Strenuous Activity?

Hello, I recently developed a knot between my tricep & elbow on my left arm after doing some moving of boxes in a storage area. The morning after the lower part of my armpit and all the way to the know aches. This has ben for the last 3 days. What should I do?
