What Causes Lump And Red Crack In Breast Of Children?

Hi, my 10 years old daughter having something fill like lump in her right breast for several months. Doctor haven t done any ultrasound just checked her by hands and said that s fine. Today she complained about some wetness on nipple, i checked and found little red crack in the middle of nipple. What should i do?
